Tennessee School of Beauty has partnered with the Internationally acclaimed Make-up Designory to offer their ‘Beauty Make-up Artistry’ Training course.
This course teaches facial contouring using highlights and shadows, correction and concealing techniques, base matching, eye and lip treatments, airbrush techniques, and the proper use of powder and cheek color. As part of this course, students will be required to complete projects that range from natural make-up to avant-garde looks.
Instruction includes both the theoretical and practical aspects of make- up artistry. Students become knowledgeable in all types of face and body art including: correction make-up, runway, bridal, glamour, professional, photography, air-brush, camouflage and basic special effects application.
MUD levels:
Level I Make-up Artist Certification – Beauty Essentials
Bridal Package – Beauty Essentials, Airbrush, Bridal
Level II Make-up Artist Certification – Beauty Essentials, Airbrush, Bridal, Studio, High Fashion
Total Package – Beauty Essentials, Airbrush, Bridal, Studio, High Fashion, Avant Garde, Special Make-up Effects
When are classes?
Day and Evening Classes will be offered. Day Classes will be Tuesday through Friday from 8:30am – 4:30pm with an hour lunch. Evening Beauty Essentials (Level I Make-up Artist Certification) will be 5 weeks and will meet Monday-Thursday from 6:00pm – 9:30pm.
Our next Level I Make-up Artist Certification – Beauty Essentials class starts on October 14th.
